Founder of both Sundance Homes and Flagship Homes, Paul brought experience, reputation, and expertise to Forum Builders. A long-time Utah home builder, Paul Gifford was thrilled to re-enter the marketplace under the new name of Forum Builders.
In summer of 2019, just as our first Parade of Homes had wrapped up, Paul was involved in a terrible car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. in September 2021, Paul tragically passed away as a result of injuries sustained in that car accident. While he is no longer here at Forum Builders, we do our best to honor Paul's legacy and vision.
Here at Forum Builders, Paul is survived by his son Levi, who operates the company today.
Levi is a 3rd-generation builder, having come from a family where both his father and grandfather were successful builders. Levi founded Forum Builders in 2018 alongside his partner Jacob and his father Paul. Having grown up around the industry, he always wanted to work with Paul.
Levi served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Houston, Texas. When he returned, he played football for Brigham Young University in Provo, started a pest control company, an e-commerce company, and now Forum Builders. Levi and his wife Katie have two children, Heidi (3) and Cooper (3 mo.)
Levi loves to hunt, fish, camp, hike, work out, and play nearly every sport.
Jacob did not grow up in the building industry, but got a chance to work alongside Paul and Levi at their pest control company, EVOS Home Solutions. He co-founded Forum Builders in 2018.
Jacob studied Strategic Management at Brigham Young University and has owned businesses in various industries - commercial video production, consumer products, e-commerce, and more. Since joining Forum Builders, Jacob has realized a passion for building and development.
Jacob served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nagoya, Japan – where his family is from. He loves to travel with his wife Camille, cook, play sports, and work out.
Bradley studied Strategic Management at Brigham Young University. He has worked in legal, tech, food and beverage, and joined Forum after founding a supply chain analytics company.
Bradley developed an interest in home building when he couldn't stop watching YouTube videos about home building and remodeling and continues to brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to Forum. While Bradley is from Texas, he has fallen in love with the climbing, canyoneering, and skiing that Utah has to offer. He also spends a lot of time researching politics, business, psychology, and philosophy.
