Meet the Team

Paul Gifford

Founder

Founder of both Sundance Homes and Flagship Homes, Paul brought experience, reputation, and expertise to Forum Builders. A long-time Utah home builder, Paul Gifford was thrilled to re-enter the marketplace under the new name of Forum Builders.

In summer of 2019, just as our first Parade of Homes had wrapped up, Paul was involved in a terrible car accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. in September 2021, Paul tragically passed away as a result of injuries sustained in that car accident. While he is no longer here at Forum Builders, we do our best to honor Paul's legacy and vision.

Here at Forum Builders, Paul is survived by his son Levi, who operates the company today.
